TRADING / RESELLING

• All L.E. Pins are 1 variant per Person/Household
• Items cannot be sold for 30 days after the first package of a particular item reaches the first customer (updates can be found on my instagram).
• GIFT VARIANTS MAY NOT BE RESOLD OR TRADED (MAY ONLY BE REGIFTED)
• L.E. Pins found being sold for more than 2x drop price will be restocked in the same variant based on demand.
• Items Cannot Be Sold for More than 2x Original Drop Price (i.e. Drop Price x 2 = Max Aftermarket Value)
• If sold for Max Aftermarket Value: Price MUST include shipping with insurance
• No Selling/Trading Pre-Orders
• No Limits on In-Hand Trades

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN AN ORDER CANCELLATION AND/OR A PERMANENT BAN FROM MY SHOP

GRADING SYSTEM

STANDARD/MIXED Grade: 

• Pins will NOT be graded and will be shipped as they are! 

A Grade: 

Best of the Best!

• No Obvious Flaws from an Arms Length
• May contain minor imperfections that do not mess with the overall look (i.e. minor under/overfills, small scratches/dents, small bubbles on stained glass, minor screen printing misalignment etc.)

B Grade:

Semi-Flawed Pins

• Flaws are more obvious from an Arms Length
• Will contain imperfections that may mess with the overall look (i.e. scratches, minor miscoloring, minor plating issues, dips/overfills, small cracks on enamel, more bubbles on stained glass, flawed screen printing, etc.)

C Grade:

Worst of the Worst

• All Flaws are obious
• Will contain major imperfections (i.e. deep scratches, miscoloring, plating issues, dips/overfills, missing/cracking enamel, big bubbles and/or cracks on stained glass, bad screen printing etc.)

REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES

• All Sales are FINAL.
  No refunds once items have been handed to the USPS.
  
  
• Returns Will Not be Accepted and/or refunded.
  
  
• Exchanges are accepted if the following applies:
• The wrong item/variant was shipped
• Quality of the pin does not reflect the grade purchase
  (Timestamped Photos will be required for further approval)
